Q: Do all of your Pops come with protector cases?

A: Yes, they do! All of my pops are shipped inside hard or soft stack cases, depending on their individual value. This is also true for Pop bundles. Though in the case of bundles and sets, it also depends on whether or not they can all fit in the one box.

Q: Do you ship anywhere?

A: I use Australia Post for shipping my Pops, both domestically within Australia and internationally to most places outside of Australia. Some areas will be excluded depending on the state of the world, which of course is subject to change. I may be trying to run a business, but I also have limits due to personal reasons.

Q: How long does it take to ship when I purchase?

A: All Pops bought will be handed over to Australia Post for shipping within 1-3 business days after purchase. So, if you bought some Pops on a Monday, I will parcel and hand them over for shipping no later than the following Thursday, as well as have a tracking number applied to your order the same day. This however will be subject to delay due to weekends and Australian public holidays. After handing your parcels over to Australia Post, how long your parcel takes to arrive will depend on them.

Q: What is your preferred payment method?

A: I recommend and accept PayPal for order payments. All payment is required in full within 3 business days of the order. All shipping costs include administration, packaging & handling, and they are not negotiable.

Q: Do you offer discounts for multiple purchases?

A: Yes I do! Specifically, postage discounts depending on the size of the Pops you purchase and how many. Some of the cardboard boxes I have for parcelling Pops can fit up to 7-8 standard (3.75") Pop boxes. If you purchase up to 7-8 standard Pops in one batch, and they can all fit in one box, you only need to pay for the postage of 1. If Shopify doesn't discount the bulk purchase automatically, I will happily refund the difference.

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: All of my Pops are photographed as is, including any damages to the box or the Pop itself. If, however, your online order has been damaged in transit beyond what was photographed, please send me a message within 30 days of purchase with the order number and images of the damage. I will then issue either a replacement or refund. By law of the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC), I am not required to supply a refund or replacement if you simply changed your mind when purchasing through my store.

Q: Do you offer in-facility pickup?

A: No. I cannot accomodate customer pickup at my facility.

Q: What if I'm looking for a specific Pop that isn't listed?

A: I do have multiple Pops available in storage. I don't have every Pop under the sun, but if you have a list of Pops you're looking for, feel free to send it to me and I can check my master list to see if I have any of them. If I do have what you're looking for, I'll let you know and maybe we can make a purchase.

Q: Do you offer trades for certain Pops?

A: I don't do trades for Pops, unfortunately. All Pops listed are pay-for prices only.

Q: Can you do deals on certain Pops?

A: All of my Pops are prices based on my research and any blemishes or damages to their boxes or the Pops themselves. They're priced on a box-by-box basis due to condition, so no Pop will be necessarily priced the same as another. Often my Pops are priced as low as I'm willing to go for them, so I unfortunately can't do any deals.
